Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. Delicious food and a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering that Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Wonderful. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a lovely, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; need I say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
