Great Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a fantastic happy hour with food and drinks from Tue to Fri, 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Amazing. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was consistently attentive in clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to not forget. They called me to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 to 5 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
